Insurance Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Consultant to manage a portfolio of property claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and efficient claim triage and lodgement.
- Management of a portfolio of property claims, including negotiation with claimants and external providers.
- Effective communication and liaison with clients, ensuring the claims database is kept up to date.
- Following up on outstanding requirements and resolving disputes in a timely manner.
- Interpreting, editing, and writing reports to document claims activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience managing property claims, preferably with a proven track record of successful claims outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, dispute resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and service providers.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Effective team player with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
