Insurance Portfolio Manager

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to capitalize on their skills and expertise in a well-established Brisbane brokerage.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand a diverse portfolio of SME and commercial clients, providing tailored solutions and risk management advice.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and compliance requirements.
Key Performance Indicators include:
- Portfolio growth and management
- Client satisfaction and retention
- Collaboration with underwriters to secure competitive terms and finalize policies
- You must have at least 5 years of experience in general insurance, preferably in broking or account management.
- A proven track record in managing and growing client portfolios is essential.
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance broking qualifications (Tier 2 acceptable if willing to upgrade).
