About the Role

This is a key portfolio management position responsible for delivering high-quality service to our clients.

The role offers flexibility to work both remotely and from our office, allowing you to strike a perfect balance between work and personal life.

You will be managing several major multinational clients, providing exceptional client service to foster strong relationships.

As part of our team, you will contribute to the strategic direction of our Global & Corporate business, achieving budgeted revenue for retention and growth on existing and new business.

Your responsibilities will include gathering client information to enable renewal negotiations, calculating premiums, binding covers, and preparing invoices and follow-up documentation with clients.

You will collaborate closely with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims, and the wider Aon network to deliver optimized outcomes for our clients.

A key aspect of this role is providing mentorship and support to junior staff members.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in servicing a portfolio of clients
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Strong technical and policy drafting skills
  • Extensive experience within the insurance market managing a portfolio of clients
  • Strong technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products and risk solutions
  • Experience in handling large claims
  • Excellent cross-selling abilities
  • Experience dealing with local & global insurance markets, including Lloyd's
