The Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support clients in setting realistic employment goals and developing incremental strategies towards achieving them
  • Work collaboratively with employers to foster a comprehensive understanding of the hiring process for individuals with disabilities
  • Help clients secure employment and provide ongoing support to both employers and clients to ensure sustained employment outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
