Job Title: Fiscal Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fiscal Planning Specialist to contribute to our organization's financial growth and sustainability. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial forecasts and reports.

You will analyze variances in prime materials and R&M costs, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Your role will also involve developing and enhancing forecasting models and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.

In addition, you will manage capital work-in-progress (CWIP) and support capital expenditure project costing and reporting.

Furthermore, you will oversee the financial aspects of major shutdown events and contribute to the annual budget process by integrating key cost data.

To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary qualification in accountancy or commerce and be CA or CPA qualified.

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in financial or management accounting, preferably in manufacturing, is essential.

You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Hyperion or SAP.

Skill Requirements:
