Employment Support Specialist

This role is based in Tumut and involves working with clients to achieve their employment goals.

  • Assist clients in setting realistic employment objectives, including identifying smaller steps towards achieving them.
  • Work with employers to educate them on the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities, such as improved attendance and commitment.
  • Support clients in securing and maintaining employment, as well as collaborate with employers and colleagues to sustain this.

The ideal candidate will possess transferable skills, a positive attitude, and experience working with diverse customer relationships. Solid administration skills are also essential for managing workloads and priorities effectively.

About the Position

This part-time permanent position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. The selected individual must have the right to work in Australia.
