About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a key role in supporting the CEO and senior leadership by managing business operations, allowing the CEO to concentrate on strategic initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with the executive team, handling high-level communications and facilitating important meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for the CEO, handling high-level communications and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the CEO's diary, prioritising tasks and scheduling meetings to maximise productivity.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and executive reports.
  • Organise heavy travel arrangements, domestic and international.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops and events.
  • Support the CEO in project management, ensuring deadlines are met and following up on deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting c-suite executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector.
  • A degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management and communication tools.
