About the Role
ASIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Senior Executives in the Markets Group. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing front-line representation and support, managing calendars and emails, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Senior Executives, including preparing presentations, correspondence, and reports.
- Manage calendars and email inboxes, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including Senior Executives, team members, and external partners.
- Provide research and analysis support to Senior Executives, as required.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be adept at anticipating needs, solving problems, and driving efficiency, all while thriving in a collegial and team-oriented atmosphere. You will also bring:
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with Sharepoint or a similar content management system.
- Strong capability in researching, reviewing, and editing documents.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
