Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 - Mental Health Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 to join our team at Northern Beaches Hospital. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong clinical background in mental health nursing, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support to Nursing Management in the delivery of exceptional clinical services
  • Drive innovation and champion practice improvement in mental health nursing
  • Supervise, guide, and coach Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Graduates, and the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Develop and deliver training and education programs
  • Work within the Recovery Model of Care and Trauma Informed Care framework

Requirements:

  • Registered with AHPRA
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing)
  • Post graduate qualification in relevant field of specialty
