Product Designer Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to create empathic, user-centered design experiences that empower our users.

As a key member of the product team, you will champion intuitive, high-end experiences within our app and online products for exciting global brands. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of all our products through deliberate design decisions.

To succeed in this role, individuals must have an insatiable appetite to continuously learn, be self-driven, and relish the opportunity to contribute within a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Cities evolve into smart cities,
  • Transit agencies to create better public bus systems,
  • Private bus operators to digitize their services to become more efficient,

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist sales and engineering teams by designing app-stores and white-label materials.
  • Problem-solving client-specific requirements through capturing, researching, design thinking practices, sketching, creating user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and user-testing experiences.
  • Collaborate with the product team to maintain consistent, strategic UX/UI experiences.
  • Develop practical material to support engineering and support.
  • Quality Assurance: check implemented work meets product designs and coordinate with engineers.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and prospects and support the company's growth efforts.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Imagination and demonstrated ability to express the company vision digitally.
  • PASSION, ENTHUSIASM, AND DEMONSTRATED FLEXIBILITY.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to empathise with users, problem-solve, and create user-focused experiences/flows.
  • An eye for design.
  • Ability to create high-quality prototypes, wireframes/user flows.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business units and multiple countries.
  • Ability to facilitate and contribute in workshops.
  • Experience with Figma/Adobe XD/Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
