Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inventory Materials Manager to provide direct output support to the Regional Supply Chain Manager.

This role will involve establishing and maintaining effective inventory management in support of the Regional Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize stock holding strategies for inventory materials
  • Maintain inventory classification of materials with regards to criticality and inventory type
  • Run regular inventory management reports
  • Analyze usage & seasonal trends of inventory
  • Draft weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
  • Support additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the Regional Supply Chain Manager
  • Identify and implement opportunities for common supply across operational assets
  • Manage and run MRP process
  • Monitor and manage the repairable/rotable process across operational assets
About You

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate a strong work ethic with a willingness to uphold core values. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven ability in verifying and analyzing data
  • Prior experience in inventory control/management, ideally within the mining industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise effectively across teams
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP
  • Oniqua Analytics experience highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and material management frameworks
  • Intermediate Excel skills for data management and analysis
  • Familiarity with Repairable/Rotable processes and component lifecycle management
