Sodexo is a leading provider of operations, maintenance and refurbishment services for non-process infrastructure catering to clients in the mining and oil & gas sectors across Western Australia. They play a crucial role in supporting the resource sector by delivering high-quality catering, hospitality and facilities maintenance services ensuring seamless operations for their clients.

This Inventory and Purchasing Coordinator role will be based at our Balcatta head office, working on a 12-Month Maximum Term contract with regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the optimisation of purchasing processes and materials management within Integrated Facilities Management Services portfolio.

  • Streamline and manage purchasing order processes efficiently
  • Drive cost control and risk reduction initiatives successfully
  • Support continuous improvement of inventory and materials management systems effectively
  • Source goods and services promptly across IFMS operations

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in inventory management essential
  • Strong skills in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system essential
  • High awareness of health and safety protocols
  • Excellent organisational multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to travel intra- and interstate as needed
