The Specialist: Inventory and Materials Managementprovides direct output support to the Manager: Regional Supply Chain , through establishment and maintenance of effective inventory management in support of the Regional Supply Chain.
Accountabilities Optimise stock holding strategies for inventory materials Maintain inventory classification of materials with regards to criticality and inventory type Run regular inventory management reports Analyse usage & seasonal trends of inventory Draft weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required Support additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the Manager: Regional Supply Chain Identify and implement opportunities for common supply across operational assets Manage and run MRP process Monitor and manage the repairable/rotable process across operational assets About you People are at the heart of everything we do.

Along with these expectations the ideal candidate would ideally possess: Proven ability in verifying and analysing data Prior experience in inventory control/management, ideally within the mining industry.
