The Specialist: Inventory and Materials Management provides direct output support to the Manager: Regional Supply Chain , through establishment and maintenance of effective inventory management in support of the Regional Supply Chain.

Accountabilities

Optimise stock holding strategies for inventory materials
Maintain inventory classification of materials with regards to criticality and inventory type
Run regular inventory management reports
Analyse usage & seasonal trends of inventory
Draft weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
Support additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the Manager: Regional Supply Chain
Identify and implement opportunities for common supply across operational assets
Manage and run MRP process
Monitor and manage the repairable/rotable process across operational assets

About You

Proven ability in verifying and analysing data
Prior experience in inventory control/management, ideally within the mining industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise effectively across teams
Demonstrated experience working with SAP
Oniqua Analytics experience highly regarded
Strong understanding of supply chain operations and material management frameworks
Intermediate Excel skills for data management and analysis
Familiarity with Repairable/Rotable processes and component lifecycle management
