Overview

This role is a key contributor to the success of our organisation by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality management systems.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies that align with organisational objectives.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions.
  • Manage non-conformances and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process efficiency and product quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and inspections.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve quality objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as food science, microbiology, or chemistry.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance roles within food or beverage manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of FSANZ, HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience managing audits, non-conformance investigations, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
