Our client seeks a seasoned quality assurance expert to oversee the successful implementation of their project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage competing priorities with a focus on mitigating risks for acquisition and adoption of new technologies in challenging environments.
  • Evaluate business processes using recognised methodologies, such as Integration Definition (IDEF) or Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN), and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute audit plans, ensure ongoing compliance, and implement lessons-learned schemes to inform teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing coaching and guidance to enhance the quality of work undertaken by others.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and submissions for management review.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a quality assurance role within a defence industry environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, creativity, and responsibility in complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and technical writing abilities.
  • Effective formal and informal communication skills.
