Job Overview

The Quality Assurance and Compliance Director plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization meets its business quality KPIs and compliance requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive results and effectively manage the Quality and Compliance Program across all sales and service channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for quality and compliance performance across sales and service channels.
  • Maintain an effective Quality Monitoring and Assurance program adapted to business, customer, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain an effective Sales and Compliance program of work in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as lead contact and coordinator through internal & external audits.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with managers, service providers, and stakeholders at all levels to ensure satisfactory and timely resolution of complaints.
  • Analyse and implement initiatives on reviews conducted of call types with a view to recommending strategies to reduce irritant call types and improve customer experience.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in or with call centres and managing people as well as managing customer quality and compliance functions. An understanding of the relationship and dynamics associated with industry regulators will be highly regarded.
