This visionary role seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive focused on Manufacturing with a proven track record in outbound sales.
- Combine Industry Expertise with Strategic Collaboration to Drive Growth:
- Engage with major Manufacturing organizations as a strategic advisor who understands both the technical landscape and operational realities of the shop floor.
- Sourcing and progressing untapped opportunities, building executive-level relationships, and delivering tailored SaaS solutions to transform Manufacturing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales process from strategic prospecting to closing with a focus on acquiring new Manufacturing customers.
- Build and expand executive relationships in the Manufacturing sector gaining deep insights into customer operations, compliance needs, and safety goals.
- Uncover and drive new revenue opportunities across Manufacturing verticals through targeted outbound strategies.
- Represent SafetyCulture at Manufacturing trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events bringing our vision to life through thought leadership.
- Conduct high-impact demos and create customer proposals aligning SafetyCulture's platform to operational challenges of Manufacturing prospects.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to shape account strategy and ensure world-class onboarding experience.
- Be the voice of the Manufacturing customer feeding insights back to internal teams to influence product roadmap and innovation.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Proven success in SaaS sales with a strong preference for those who've sold into Manufacturing industrial or operational environments.
- Experience managing full-cycle sales with large complex deals including C-suite engagement and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- A self-starter capable of outbound prospecting and demand creation into a specific target ideal customer profile and industry.
- A strategic consultative sales approach with the ability to deeply understand Manufacturing-specific workflows pain points and compliance pressures.
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and driving pipeline creation in greenfield accounts.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills able to make complexity simple and value obvious.
- Proven ability to gain access to and influence C-Level executives and other key influencers decision makers.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-moving team environment where customer impact comes first.
- Proven ability to build and present tailored solutions to senior decision makers across all areas of the sales process.
