The Role


This Digital Insights Specialist role is responsible for developing and delivering internal reporting and data analysis requirements using various analytical tools to transform data into actionable insights. As a key member of the Digital team, you will support the wider business functions to inform business decisions for digital trade, strategy, and new business cases.


This role primarily focuses on customer analytics, with a particular emphasis on customer segmentation analysis, loyalty member insights, and extracting valuable information from our extensive customer database.


Responsibilities


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Insights Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:



  • Delivering business reporting needs, including weekly Digital Media Reports, Email/Content Performance Reports, and Weekly Trade Summaries
  • Leveraging advanced SQL expertise to create detailed reports tailored to customer analysis and loyalty program performance, based on specified requirements
  • Supporting Senior Digital Analysts in delivering shared business reporting requirements
  • Collaborating with our internal BI team and external data agency to execute and deliver data analysis projects, technical requirements, and scoping new opportunities for optimisation
  • Setting up new workflows to optimise reporting efficiency and data flows

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Experience with programs such as Google Analytics, SQL, BigQuery, Advanced Excel, Advanced Google Sheets, Google Cloud Platform, Looker Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Lexer (CDP)
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key functions within the business

What We Offer


As a Digital Insights Specialist at The Just Group, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our company offers a range of benefits, including:
