About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Origin Energy Services Ltd as a Senior Digital Insights Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering a leading digital experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing data from Adobe Analytics and other sources to identify trends and optimize digital performance.
  • Providing actionable insights to enhance website and app performance.
  • Assisting in prioritizing high-impact initiatives using data-driven insights and business objectives.
  • Clearly framing problems and opportunities, offering insights for effective digital solution definition.
  • Leading analytics implementation, managing Adobe Launch tracking, and enhancing Tableau dashboard capabilities.
  • Developing performance reports, tracking KPIs, and ensuring digital initiative benefits are realized.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders (product, marketing, sales & operations) to achieve digital targets.

What You Will Bring:
You will have a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field paired with 5 years + experience in digital analytics, specializing in Adobe Digital Analytics.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrated understanding of web analytics concepts, including user behavior, conversion funnels, and attribution modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficient in SQL or have a strong desire to learn SQL.
  • Experience using Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of cost, ROI, ability to connect digital experiences with business outcomes.
  • Commitment to enhancing customer experiences and meeting customer needs through digital solutions.
  • Effective at working with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
