About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Support Officer to provide exceptional administrative support to our Partner and team members. As a key member of our HR and IR Consulting Division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business, administrative, and executive support.
Your primary focus will be on diary management, scheduling appointments, travel bookings, and monitoring deadlines for our Partner. Additionally, you will liaison with clients and stakeholders, prepare client documents and correspondence, manage client databases, and perform file management tasks.

- Liaison with clients and other relevant stakeholders on behalf of the Partner and team.
- Preparation of client documents and correspondence, as requested.
- Client database management.
- File management, from opening to closing.
You will also be responsible for preparing the team's client billing and supporting the team in meeting its organisational reporting requirements. Furthermore, you will provide training and support to the team in all digital applications and undertake any other general administrative duties necessary for the smooth operation of the firm.
