Mainframe Security Expert

This role involves overseeing security on the mainframe system. The successful candidate will have experience with ACF2/RACF security architecture and Unix in z/OS.

  • The mainframe security expert is responsible for ensuring that access to systems is controlled through the administration of security policies.

  • They will also work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

  • Key responsibilities include participating in the creation of documentation, taking the lead in developing process improvement, and working on vendor and platform upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in Cyber Security

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Mainframe security

  • Strong knowledge in ACF2/RACF security Architecture

  • Sound knowledge of Unix in z/OS
