Job Title: Crm Manager, Ap Cluster
">The Role:
This is a key position for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy and operations within the AP cluster. As a CRM Manager, you will lead our efforts in delivering customer-centric solutions that drive business excellence.
About The Job:
- You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all aspects of CRM, including day-to-day operations, integration with other systems, and user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a structured multichannel engagement plan in Veeva system.
- Develop and maintain guidelines for efficient CRM usage among stakeholders.
- Review data quality and user behavior on a regular basis to ensure meaningful insights are generated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a 3-year roadmap to transform the CRM function into a customer-centric, business-focused, results-oriented organization.
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to deliver the roadmap and achieve real-world results.
Additional Requirements:
- Provide effective CRM training to field forces across the AP cluster.
- Stay updated on the latest CRM trends in the pharmaceutical industry and identify executable solutions with high impact.
