Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our organization as a Business Development Specialist.

This role plays a crucial part in optimizing customer relationship management systems and processes. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze business requirements, identify system improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CRM) and related tools is also essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM systems and processes. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are also necessary for this role.
