About the Opportunity

Our team oversees the day-to-day management of our community buildings, staffed community centres, sports fields, and open space facilities.

This role provides high-quality customer service to residents and user groups for our bookable community spaces. Responsibilities include booking management, provision of information to internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provision of information to internal and external stakeholders regarding our facilities
  • Assisting with any issues that may arise
  • Booking management of our community building facilities
  • Promoting our Staffed Community Centres and Bookable Spaces

The successful applicant will require:

  • Experience in office or facility administration or other relevant area
  • Proven computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to efficiently write and produce accurate reports, correspondence, and documents
  • Experience in a busy customer service environment
  • Proven communication skills (oral and written)
