
Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking an administrative officer to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Western Australia, with 38 hours per week.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing administrative support to the practice manager and other staff members. Key responsibilities include:
- Reception duties including answering phones and managing appointments
- Processing medical bookings and results
- Managing data entry and invoicing
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need:
- A high level of administration experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An eye for detail and ability to multitask
