Job Title: Support and Coordination Expert

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide administrative support in a part-time capacity. This role is diverse and requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies, ordering as needed.
  • Organise site events, meetings, and catering arrangements.
  • Support procurement functions.
  • Handle mail, courier deliveries, and general office coordination.
  • Maintain records, including weighbridge and invoicing support.
  • Provide backup support for security and administration functions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in administration or office support.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • A strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements.
