Interim HR & Payroll Manager Role

This is a critical role for an experienced professional who can oversee HR operations, manage payroll, and provide strategic support to the leadership team during a period of transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HR operations including WHS, return to work, onboarding, inductions, and policy development.
  • Manage award interpretation and ER matters for employees.
  • Authorise timesheets and input hours into the HRIS while finance processes payroll.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in payroll processing and HR functions within Australia.
  • A strong understanding of Australian workplace laws and award agreements.
  • Proficiency in payroll and HR software systems.
  • Experience working as an HR Business Partner at a minimum of 2 years.
