Lead Horticulture Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our parks and gardens maintenance team.

  • Develop and implement routine garden maintenance programs
  • Establish new gardens and manage park & garden maintenance
  • Provide knowledge on plant identification, growing requirements, and pest control
  • Implement seasonal garden maintenance plans and provide leadership
  • Identify and address horticultural challenges
  • Deliver training and development opportunities for team members

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Class C Driver's Licence
  • Cert III in Horticulture or equivalent
  • Traffic Control Tickets
  • General Induction Certificate
  • Relevant experience in horticulture
  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
