
Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at the Mount Piper Power Station Water Treatment Facility in Lithgow. This key role combines financial management, procurement coordination, maintenance supervision and administrative support to ensure smooth site operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and experience with maintenance management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site financial activities including budget forecasting and month-end reporting
- Coordinate procurement processes including quotations, service agreements and stock management
- Process invoices and manage purchase orders through SAP and VAMS
- Oversee the site's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Manage timesheet tracking and payroll administration
- Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes
- Maintain site documentation and quality assurance requirements
- Coordinate site training, inductions and special events
- Manage contractor/visitor coordination and site access
- Support the preparation of monthly reports and presentations
- Experience in office administration or purchasing
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS)
