About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in lending and sales. You will work closely with our members to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

You will also be responsible for managing and processing loans, as well as assisting with business development and training staff.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage and process loans, including personal and credit card lending, as well as basic mortgage lending.
  • Assist with business development and training staff.

Requirements
  • Lending experience and sales skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Sound mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
