About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Administation Officer to join our team at Aussie Mackay Queensland. In this part-time role you'll play a key role in keeping the Aussie Mackay office running smoothly. You'll be supporting our mortgage brokers with day-to-day administration and helping to create a seamless experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Performing general administrative duties such as maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Providing administrative support to the broader team as required
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and contributing to a positive office environment
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the financial services or real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using standard office software and equipment
- A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
