Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised service to new and existing Members and become skilled across our products and services.
  • Manage and process basic to complex personal and credit card lending, as well as basic mortgage lending.
  • Assist the Local Manager with business development and the management and processing of complex loans.
  • Organise loan distribution and ensure cheques are accurately issued to the appropriate parties.
  • Assist with training and coaching of staff.
  • Own the retention program in relation to the mortgage book for Mount Pleasant members.
Qualifications / Selection Criteria
  • Lending experience and sales skills
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sound mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of Queensland Country products and services (desirable)
