Job Profile

We are seeking an experienced mortgage professional to provide top-notch service to our clients and manage personal and credit card lending.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized support to new and existing clients and become proficient across our products and services.
  • Manage and process complex personal and credit card lending, as well as basic mortgage lending.
  • Assist the local manager with business development and the management and processing of complex loans.
  • Organize loan distribution and ensure accurate issuance of cheques to the appropriate parties.
  • Assist with training and coaching of staff.
  • Oversee the retention program for the mortgage book for our clients in Mount Pleasant.
Requirements
  • Lending experience and sales skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Sound mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of our products and services is preferred.
