The Role

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with members in a dynamic environment, providing tailored financial guidance and support. As a Financial Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for educating clients on our products and services, including lending options, credit facilities and mortgages.

You will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident in managing complex transactions. Your attention to detail and ability to work accurately are also essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on personal and credit lending, as well as basic mortgage solutions
  • Manage and process loan applications, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals
  • Work closely with the local manager to develop business strategies and achieve sales targets

  • Proven experience in lending and sales roles
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sound mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
