Job Title: Senior Maintenance Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to oversee daily maintenance operations for our mobile plant fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, ensuring schedules are met safely and on time, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

About the Role:
  • Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities across multiple sites
  • Coordinate teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop their team members.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader in a mining environment
  • Strong background in mobile equipment maintenance and repair
  • Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability principles, and safety legislation
