Mechanical Team Lead Position

  • Providing coaching and assistance with preventive maintenance inspections
  • Leading, mentoring, and guiding teams within the portfolio
  • Ensuring adherence to organizational values, code of conduct, and relevant statutory obligations
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven post-trade experience in heavy industry
  • Desirable: Experience operating and maintaining shift assets
  • Experience in 1SAP work management
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Exceptional risk management skills, able to work effectively under pressure
