We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Leading Hand to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a site-based position responsible for mobile equipment maintenance, providing relief supervision for trades and contractors. You will also assist with work management systems and ensure maintenance coverage for breakdowns.
This role offers career development opportunities into future leadership positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile equipment
- Provide relief supervision and support to the maintenance team
- Raise and manage work orders, parts, and records in PULSE
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to meet targets
- Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards
- Relevant mechanical trade qualification and current driver's licence
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or in a similar leadership role
- Strong background in heavy earthmoving equipment maintenance
- Experience in coal mining or heavy industry environments
- Familiarity with CMMS (preferably PULSE) and Microsoft Office
- 4/5/5/4 Roster - 12hr shifts
- Bonus Scheme + $1,000 Company Shares
