Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the maintenance operations at a coal mine site.

The successful candidate will perform maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile equipment, provide relief supervision and support to the maintenance team, raise and manage work orders, parts, and records, and coordinate with production and maintenance teams to meet targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a relevant mechanical trade qualification, current driver's license, previous experience as a Leading Hand or in a similar leadership role, strong background in heavy earthmoving equipment maintenance, experience in coal mining or heavy industry environments, and familiarity with CMMS (preferably PULSE) and Microsoft Office.
