**About our facility**

Our care home is nestled in the heart of Lake Macquarie region, surrounded by quiet bushland and gardens. We have two separate households, which allow residents to maintain their independence as long as possible while providing a high level of care.

**What we need you to do?**

You will ensure that care is delivered at the highest standard by your skilled staff. You will actively seek out education opportunities to engage and build capacity amongst the whole care team including:

- Maintaining a high standard of conduct and work performance based on our values to promote our reputation with key stakeholders
- Ensuring integration and collaboration across programs to deliver seamless services with the customer at the centre
- Actively engaging and participating in the performance management framework and review processes
- Acting in a manner which role models, upholds and positively reflects our values, Code of Conduct and Ethical Behaviour

**What skills do you need?**
- Previous experience in aged or community care would be ideal, but if you are qualified within a similar industry, then we'd love to hear from you too.
- You'll need to be resilient and resourceful, and able to live our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness every day.
- A Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification is required.
