Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding dietary needs and food requirements
  • Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of managing a casual workforce on shift
  • Strong knowledge of best practice food and beverage service standards
  • Current RSA certificate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
