Australian Venue Co. is searching for an experienced Events Venue Manager to oversee operations at Lakeside Pavilion and Rivers Edge Events. Both venues are renowned for their stunning locations and exceptional event experiences — from elegant weddings and gala dinners to corporate functions and private celebrations.
What you'll be doing
Lead the day-to-day operations across both venues, ensuring seamless event delivery and exceptional client service.
Manage and mentor a passionate events team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Partner with clients from enquiry to execution, ensuring their vision is delivered flawlessly.
Oversee sales performance, budgets, and business growth strategies across both venues.
Work closely with culinary, operations, and support office teams to maintain high service standards and venue presentation.
What we're looking for
Proven management experience in events, hospitality, or multi-site venue operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
A customer-first mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.
Commercial acumen and confidence in driving revenue growth and performance outcomes.
Lead two of Melbourne's most sought-after events destinations.
