Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of account management and/or customer success/service experience
  • Independent work ethic with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-resolution skills and ability to interact with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Comfortable using and learning software: MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure campaign success
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, providing expert guidance on INFUSEmedia offerings
  • Collaborate with the Sales team from proposal to delivery, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Create and coordinate account documentation, including reports and recommendations
  • Accountable for post-sale account management and driving growth through excellent customer service and delivery
