
Client Relationship Specialist

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of account management and/or customer success/service experience
- Independent work ethic with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-resolution skills and ability to interact with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Comfortable using and learning software: MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure campaign success
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, providing expert guidance on INFUSEmedia offerings
- Collaborate with the Sales team from proposal to delivery, ensuring seamless project execution
- Create and coordinate account documentation, including reports and recommendations
- Accountable for post-sale account management and driving growth through excellent customer service and delivery
