Senior Customer Reliability Engineer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Reliability Engineer to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Linux system administration, Kubernetes and Helm.

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your knowledge of cloud-native technologies and collaborate with experienced engineers on a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support to customers, resolving issues related to Kubernetes, Linux and Replicated products.
  • Enable customer success by proactively working with customers to ensure they successfully deploy, manage and scale their applications using Replicated.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to share customer feedback, identify product improvements and contribute to the overall Replicated product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience with Linux system administration
  • 3+ years experience with Kubernetes and Helm
  • Exceptional technical and non-technical communication skills

This is a remote position. Preferred locations include Australia or New Zealand.
