Job Title:

Technical Specialist: Cloud Systems Expert

This role involves maintaining both on-premises computer server hardware/software and cloud-based workloads, providing operational management and support tasks. The successful candidate will have experience in administering and supporting ICT systems solutions (on-premises or cloud-based) to meet service delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support ICT systems solutions (on-premises or cloud-based)
  • Respond to ICT incidents and service requests via the ICT service management tool
  • Build and support enterprise on-premises or cloud-based ICT systems
  • Perform server administration and operations
  • Work with server virtualisation technologies
  • Support and administer tasks following ITIL incident and change management practices

Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in building and supporting enterprise on-premises or cloud-based ICT systems
  • Professionally and efficiently respond to ICT incidents and service requests
  • Practical knowledge and experience in server virtualisation technologies
  • Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) in Windows Server 2012/2016
  • Microsoft Certified Associate certification in Microsoft Azure
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification
  • Current NSW Working With Children Check or capacity to obtain
  • Valid NSW Drivers' License
