Community Fundraising Specialist

This is a multifaceted role responsible for the effective delivery of our community fundraising program.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as fundraising or communications. They will be responsible for managing multiple inboxes and incoming calls, responding to queries, donations, complaints, and coordinating all related correspondence.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing the annual community fundraising plan, working with the broader fundraising team to set goals and drive engagement. They will also optimise online fundraising platforms, design and execute comprehensive donor and supporter journeys, and maintain regular contact with supporters.
The role requires strong collaboration and organisational contribution, including supporting the coordination of advisory board meetings and contributing positively to the foundation's culture.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as fundraising or communications;
