
Administrative Support Coordinator

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an exceptional Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordination services to our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working in a dynamic environment, supporting passionate people and exceling in a role with varied tasks.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to work effectively within a compliance framework. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly SharePoint, Excel and Word, is essential. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable learning new systems and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the COO and other teams.
- Prepare reports that support funding arrangements and monitor contract actions and end dates.
- Maintain documents, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate travel bookings and meetings.
- Support Guide Dogs marketing activities and events.

- You excel in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- You understand the importance of data and have prior experience working within a compliance framework.
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
