Are you an experienced Support Coordinator ready to take the next step in your career?

We're looking for a Support Coordinator to join our passionate, values-driven team and lead with purpose.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll support participants with complex needs to navigate the NDIS, build independence, and get the most out of their plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality coordination for participants with varied and complex needs
  • Build strong relationships with participants, families, and service providers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and documentation standards

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in Support Coordination, ideally with complex needs
  • Deep understanding of the NDIS framework
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • A client-focused, solutions-based mindset
  • Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, or similar
  • NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, First Aid & Driver's Licence
