Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting members and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Preparing and supporting meetings including logistics such as catering and room bookings
  • Managing office supplies and placing orders for stationery and equipment
  • Printing scanning and binding records ensuring compliance with data protection policies
