Administrative Support Coordinator

This role involves working closely with senior leaders, providing day-to-day support across administration, membership services, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Reception duties and general office administration including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintaining and updating the membership database ensuring accurate records are kept
- Meeting and greeting members and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Preparing and supporting meetings including logistics such as catering and room bookings
- Managing office supplies and placing orders for stationery and equipment
- Printing scanning and binding records ensuring compliance with data protection policies
