We are seeking skilled professionals to join our events team as a Conference and Events Coordinator.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that requires setting up, servicing, and packing down events of all sizes. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests and event hosts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and pack down event spaces according to event orders and guest requirements
  • Deliver food and beverage service during conferences, meetings, weddings, and special events
  • Liaise with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth, timely service
  • Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests and event hosts
  • Monitor cleanliness and presentation of function areas throughout the event
  • Assist with audio-visual or equipment setup where required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in functions, banquets, or events preferred
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Able to follow event briefs and adapt to changing requirements
  • Team player who can work calmly under pressure
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
